Homegrown Pathways is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young people in rural Colorado by connecting them to meaningful career and entrepreneurial pathways. Through partnerships with schools, workforce centers, and community organizations, we connect homegrown talent to opportunities that drive regional success. 

Every Spark Lab participant can request anywhere from $200 to $1,000 in seed funding to test, grow, or strengthen their idea. With your support, young people can take their first real steps, whether that’s prototyping a product, gaining professional skills, or expanding an existing venture. These targeted investments don’t just spark ideas; they build confidence, create opportunities, and help rural youth see themselves as entrepreneurs and community leaders.

Homegrown Pathways’ Youth Venture Fund contributes a baseline of $5,000 to each seed funding pool. With your support, we would love to grow each of those pools to $10,000, doubling the resources available to young innovators!
